Teach Cloud / DilshadPython

Holds full, exclusive intellectual property ownership of all Python source code files (*_basics.py), test suites (test_*_tutorial.py), HTML templates, CSS styles, database structures, and documentation assets.

  • Retains sole right to distribute, modify, and license platform tutorials.
  • Issues binding DMCA takedown notices against illegal content mirrors.
  • Monitors digital channels for unauthorized code re-hosting.

Individual Learner Role

Students, Engineers & Developers

Granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, run, practice, and execute all code examples locally on personal computers for skill development and educational study.

  • Free online access to interactive tutorials and code execution logic.
  • Right to run unit tests and modify code locally for personal learning.
  • Citation allowed with explicit link back to Teach Cloud.

Rival Sites, LMS, YouTube, AI Bots

Strictly prohibited from scraping, parsing, harvesting, re-hosting, embedding, streaming, or re-selling any Teach Cloud code, tutorial text, or UI designs on external platforms.

  • No platform re-use or commercial course re-packaging.
  • No automated web scraping or AI model data harvesting.
  • Violations subject to legal action and search engine de-indexing.

📜 1. Legal Ownership & Governing Treaties

All tutorials, code modules, unit test suites, documentation files (including DOCS/PythonTutorials.md), frontend design templates, CSS stylesheets, and interactive logic hosted on Teach Cloud (https://www.teach-cloud.net/ and https://github.com/dilshadpython) are protected under international copyright law:

🚫 2. Strict Restrictions & Prohibited Actions

No individual or organization may perform any of the following without prior explicit written authorization from Teach Cloud:

  1. No Platform Re-Hosting: You cannot copy, re-publish, mirror, frame, or host Teach Cloud tutorials or code files on any other website, mobile app, Learning Management System (LMS), or online platform.
  2. No Automated Scraping or AI Mining: Scraping, harvesting, or extracting content using automated crawlers, spiders, or AI scraper bots to train commercial language models or construct rival tutorial platforms is strictly prohibited.
  3. No Commercial Monetization: You cannot package, print, sell, rent, or include Teach Cloud code or tutorial curricula in any paid course (e.g., Udemy, Teachable), book, or subscription product.
  4. No Watermark Removal: Removing or altering copyright headers, author attributions (DilshadPython), or watermark notices from code files or UI components is illegal.

1. Source File Watermarking

Keep legal headers at the top of every Python script (# Copyright (c) 2026 Teach Cloud / DilshadPython) to establish legal priority under international law.

2. Repository License File

Attach a LICENSE or COPYRIGHT_AND_TERMS.md file in public repositories specifying non-commercial educational usage (e.g., CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 or Proprietary License).

3. Bot & Scraper Protection

Configure robots.txt rules and Cloudflare WAF bot management to automatically block aggressive AI scrapers and unauthorized site copiers.
